1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Opsis Suite's warehouse management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

These terms apply to all users including administrators, warehouse staff, supervisors, estimators, and operative personnel within your organization.

Agreement Scope

Your agreement covers all Opsis Suite modules including current warehouse management capabilities and future modules (HR, TimeSync, Finance) as they become available.

2 Service Description

Opsis Suite provides cloud-based warehouse management software designed for companies with equipment inventory, construction operations, and field workers.

  • Equipment inventory management and tracking
  • Loan request and approval workflows
  • Multi-role user management (5 user types)
  • Maintenance scheduling and history tracking
  • Project assignment and location management
  • Real-time equipment status monitoring

Service Limitations

Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice.

3 User Accounts & Access

Access requires a valid user account created by your organization's administrator. Each user must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

Multi-Tenant Security

Your organization's data is completely isolated from other customers. Users can only access information belonging to their specific company account.

4 Acceptable Use Policy

Use Opsis Suite only for lawful warehouse management and business operations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to access other organizations' data
  • Reverse engineering or disassembling software
  • Storing or transmitting malicious code
  • Creating false equipment records
  • Sharing credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Using automated tools without permission

Data Input Standards

Equipment information must be accurate. Maintenance records should reflect actual service history. Loan requests must be for legitimate business purposes.

5 Data Ownership & Rights

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Opsis Suite, including equipment records, user information, and operational data.

  • Full ownership of warehouse and equipment data
  • Right to export data in standard formats
  • Right to request data deletion upon termination
  • Control over user access and permissions

Data Portability

You can export your warehouse data at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. We support standard formats for easy migration.

6 Payment & Billing

Opsis Suite operates on a subscription model with monthly or annual billing cycles. Payment is due in advance for the selected period.

  • Warehouse Basic: $99/month (up to 10 users)
  • Warehouse Pro: $249/month (up to 25 users)
  • Enterprise: $499/month (unlimited users)
  • Annual subscriptions receive 20% discount
  • Payment due within 30 days of invoice
  • Prorated refunds for annual cancellations

Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime. Service continues until end of billing period. No refunds for monthly subscriptions. Annual plans refunded prorated.
